What you'll do

Lead portfolio-level constructability reviews and technical assessments for large-scale construction projects.
Develop and implement standardized construction practices, best practices, and delivery methods across the region.
Identify construction risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project schedules and budgets.
Conduct independent project health assessments and provide recovery planning for high-risk execution issues.
Serve as a senior technical interface to oversee colocation providers and external delivery partners.
Provide technical support for evaluating change orders, contractor claims, and cost/schedule impacts.
Mentor construction leadership teams and transfer technical knowledge across the regional portfolio.
Conduct field observations to validate progress and ensure startup, energization, and turnover readiness.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Experience in data center infrastructure construction is required.
Ability to perform technical leadership and mentoring for construction teams.
Capability to manage construction risk assessments and project recovery strategies.
Ability to oversee colocation providers and external delivery partners.
