What you'll do

Lead portfolio-level constructability reviews and technical assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
Develop and implement construction standards, best practices, and industrialization initiatives across the portfolio.
Conduct independent project health assessments and develop recovery plans for high-risk delivery issues.
Serve as a senior technical interface to oversee colocation providers and external delivery partners.
Provide technical support for evaluating change orders, contractor claims, and cost/schedule impacts.
Mentor construction leadership teams and transfer technical knowledge across various projects.
Validate project progress through field observations and startup readiness assessments.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
Must possess expertise in Data Center Infrastructure Construction.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience performing constructability reviews and technical assessments for large portfolios.
Ability to identify construction risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Capability to manage project recovery efforts and evaluate execution alternatives.
Skill in overseeing colocation providers and external delivery partners.
Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to construction management teams.
