What you'll do

Resolve high-priority deployment blockers including resource constraints, material shortages, and vendor performance issues.
Provide onsite leadership during final deployment stages for large-scale AI data center builds.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure completion on schedule and within cost limits.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems per design specifications.
Lead site walks, startup activities, and commissioning phases to ensure infrastructure is operational.
Act as the primary point of contact for colocation providers to resolve escalated or high-risk matters.
Develop risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies for major construction projects.
Drive process improvements and quality control measures across all construction and deployment activities.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
Experience in large-scale data center construction, including cabling, commissioning, and infrastructure deployment.
Expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for complex technical projects.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams like design, engineering, and operations.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks such as material shortages, delivery blockers, and construction delays.
Experience overseeing power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling installations according to industry standards.
