What you'll do

Lead and guide a team of Data Analysts in developing and maintaining analytical solutions.
Develop manufacturing solutions using data analytics to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Analyze production metrics, process flows, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and facilitate kaizen, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes.
Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management to ensure scalable operations.
Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
Support new product development by ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness from a manufacturing perspective.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in an engineering field or MBA (preferred).
8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role with a track record of implementing results.
2+ years of experience in direct team management or complex, cross-functional project management.
Expertise developing insights using tools such as SQL, Python, Typescript, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, data presentation, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
