What you'll do

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Analyze production metrics, process flows, and resource utilization to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and facilitate kaizen, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma initiatives to optimize production processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management to ensure scalable operations.
Implement and refine manufacturing KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
Support new product development by ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness from a manufacturing perspective.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Engineering or an MBA (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role with a track record of implementing results-driven insights.
Experience and expertise using data visualization tools including Python, Typescript, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, PLTR Foundry, and MS VBA.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, data presentation tools, and manufacturing software.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
