The Lead Knowledge Management Developer supports the DISA GSM-O II Task Number 07 Joint Force Headquarters DODIN team to provide network operations and cyber defense support. What you'll do

  • Translate operational requirements into integrated technical solutions and advise staff on holistic methodologies to solve complex problems.
  • Design and build scalable, high-performance applications with visually appealing UI/UX designs.
  • Write functional, reusable code for front-end and back-end systems including APIs and libraries.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and applications to ensure mission readiness.
  • Automate business processes using various technologies, specifically focusing on SharePoint integration.
  • Maintain knowledge management systems through unit testing, bug fixes, and technical documentation.
  • Manage system architecture and data integration using tools like SQL, XML, and REST/SOAP protocols.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and be eligible for a C/I Polygraph.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Scrum.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Experience at a Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
  • Proficiency in various technologies including SQL, XML, SharePoint, Tableau, and cloud/container tools like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
