What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, or 7+ years of experience in knowledge management in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience administering SharePoint site collections, document libraries, permissions, and access controls.
Experience designing and configuring SharePoint workflows for document review, approval, records management, and content lifecycle processes.
Experience developing site architecture, content architectures, metadata schemas, content types, taxonomies, and navigation structures.
Experience establishing governance standards and working with security groups for SharePoint environments and network shared drives on DoD systems.
Experience implementing version control, retention policies, archival procedures, and information security requirements.
Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Designer 2013, or workflow automation tools; experience with Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention, or migration (preferred).
