As a Knowledge Manager on the team, you will serve as a digital transformation professional focused on modernizing how information is tracked and managed for the U.S. Space Command security cooperation mission. You will be responsible for implementing improved data processes, creating efficiencies in engaging with multinational partners, and ensuring project deliverables meet established timelines. Your daily work involves developing creative solutions to solve traditional business challenges through new digital strategies. To achieve these goals, you will utilize a technical suite including SharePoint (2013, 2016, 2019, and O365), Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Maven, and MS-Project. You must possess expertise in site architecture, security group management, and web development tools such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance to support the specific domain of multinational space cooperation.

Develop and implement digital strategies to solve traditional business challenges using modern technology.
Build and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists while managing security permissions and distribution groups.
Create custom applications and automated workflows using PowerApps and Power Automate.
Utilize Power BI and other tools to improve data visualization and information organization.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical solutions for the U.S. Space Command mission.
Coordinate and execute tasks to ensure project deliverables meet established timelines.
Develop custom web features using JavaScript, HTML, or CSS to enhance site functionality.
What we're looking for
TS/SCI clearance is required.
High school diploma and 7+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions, or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions.
3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, O365) including administration and maintenance of enterprise solutions.
Experience managing distribution groups, security groups, and permissions to resources.
Experience building PowerApps and implementing Power Automate for tasks.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.
Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS (preferred).
