As a Knowledge Manager, you will join the team to manage low-code development platforms from vision through production-ready stages to solve complex client challenges. You will work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization while reducing system maintenance and development costs. Your daily responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to translate IT needs into actionable plans by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices. The role requires expertise in SharePoint custom development and architecture, including versions 2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, and O365. You will utilize web development tools such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with cloud tools and data visualization software like Tableau. The role specifically addresses the technical challenge of improving digital environments through low-code solutions within a secure environment requiring an active TS/SCI clearance.
Manage low-code development platforms from initial vision through production-ready implementation.
Develop user-friendly solutions and automated processes to reduce system maintenance and development costs.
Translate client IT needs into actionable plans including architectural patterns and design standards.
Build and maintain "out-of-the-box" SharePoint solutions, sites, libraries, and lists.
Manage security groups, distribution groups, and resource permissions for enterprise systems.
Utilize web development tools and languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance digital environments.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing technical recommendations based on their mission goals.
What we're looking for
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of experience in knowledge management solutions, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture.
3+ years of experience building "out-of-the-box" SharePoint solutions.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, or O365) including administration and maintenance of enterprise solutions.
Experience managing distribution groups, security groups, and permissions to resources.
Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
Ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions and architectural patterns.
