Knowledge Manager, Senior serves as a solutions-oriented leader and trusted advisor tasked with managing low-code development platforms from vision to production. Key technical competencies include experience with low-code tools, cloud technologies, and the Microsoft Office suite. You will also utilize methodologies such as Human Centered Design, Lean, Agile, and UX techniques like Journey Mapping and Usability Testing. Preferred skills include data visualization via Tableau, SharePoint platforms, and front-end customization using HTML, JavaScript, or CSS to solve complex technical challenges within a mission-focused environment.
Develop and manage low-code platforms to create user-friendly solutions for complex client challenges.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience providing knowledge management support and creating frameworks for information sharing.
Experience leading teams to achieve high-performance outcomes with DoD or IC agencies.
Experience leading process improvement and modernization efforts involving governance, business functions, and AI capabilities.
Experience with methodologies including Human Centered Design, Lean, Agile, and UX techniques.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint-based websites.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management and 8+ years of experience in program management, all-source, or IC operations; or 12+ years of experience without a degree.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau), web platforms, front-end languages (HTML, JS, CSS), or ITIL/Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
