Candidates will work on embedded command and control of mechanisms, hardware interfaces like I2C and CAN, and the development of Board Support Packages for various hardware platforms.

What you'll do

Lead a Software Integrated Product Team (IPT) responsible for flight and ground support software development.
Provide technical leadership across all phases of the software lifecycle including design, integration, and delivery.
Manage program costs, schedules, and EVMS reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee the development of payload command, telemetry, mode control, and test automation systems.
Lead risk management activities and root cause corrective action (RCCA) for software and integration issues.
Support software verification across various environments including SIL/HIL, bench, flatsat, and payload-level integration.
Direct software planning, architecture, and staffing for embedded and real-time system efforts.
Participate in technical reviews, Independent Review Teams (IRT), and Agile/Scrum activities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, Graduate Degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 7 years of experience in embedded software development, system design, debugging, and integration for aerospace applications.
Experience in full system lifecycle including requirements flow down, design, development, test, and sell-off.
Experience with Agile methods, supplier management, and cross-functional execution.
Experience in an IPT or lead role overseeing team technical, cost, and schedule responsibilities.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
Active U.S. Security Clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
