Lead Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems and design and test technical solutions.
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery times and resolve recurring system problems.
• Analyze and implement solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key rotations.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices.
• Manage complex system upgrades and address emerging troublesome trends as they develop.
• Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations based on established policies and standards.
• Provide production support for web applications in Linux environments using tools like Apache, Tomcat, and F5.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure engineering or a related position.
• 5 years of application production support experience for web applications on Linux servers using Apache, Tomcat, and F5 LTM.
• 5 years of technical troubleshooting experience using monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Splunk while maintaining documentation.
• 5 years of experience leading implementations and supporting changes to production using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy.
• 5 years of scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, Splunk, GIT, Jenkins, and Ansible Automation.
