Lead Equity Flow Derivatives Java Dev - Vice President

What you'll do

• Design, build, and support applications for the equity derivatives pricing and execution platform.
• Develop and maintain software solutions for option pricing, request-for-quote workflows, and derived data management.
• Work directly with traders, sales, and strats to identify pain points and drive technology solutions.
• Lead complex technology projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and strategic initiatives.
• Build resilient, fault-tolerant, and well-tested applications using modern Java.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular engagement on the trading floor.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on Java development experience.
• Proven track record leading complex technology projects and delivering business-critical solutions.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Experience building resilient, fault-tolerant, and well-tested applications.
• Understanding of cloud-based platforms and distributed systems.
• Strong Linux fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of equity derivatives products and pricing methodologies (preferred).
