What you'll do

Lead a team of engineers developing fixtures, test cases, and automated solutions for high-volume consumer electronics.
Develop and maintain Design For Test (DFT) guidelines for new products in coordination with design teams.
Create test strategies and perform thorough coverage analyses to ensure product reliability.
Write Python automation software to interface with units under test, equipment, and production systems.
Provide feedback to design and manufacturing engineers to improve product quality and yield.
Manage the testing of hardware produced both in-house and by global contract manufacturers.
Solve complex engineering problems by identifying simple, effective solutions for high-volume production.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in hardware development or electronics test engineering.
5+ years of object-oriented programming experience.
2+ years of experience with technical leadership (preferred).
Experience analyzing circuits, developing functional test plans, and performing test coverage analysis (preferred).
Experience designing/troubleshooting PCBAs and using test equipment like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers (preferred).
Understanding of electronics manufacturing, reliability, failure mechanisms, and environmental testing (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
