Lead Electrical Engineering, Digital Hardware

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware for space-qualified applications.
• Support all hardware development phases including requirements analysis, schematic capture, simulation, and manufacturing.
• Translate system-level requirements into detailed electrical specifications and power architectures.
• Design circuit topologies for processors, FPGAs, memory interfaces, and high-speed communication protocols.
• Perform detailed analysis for timing, thermal performance, signal integrity, power integrity, and radiation effects.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues at the component, board, module, payload, and system levels using laboratory instruments.
• Conduct trade studies and develop conceptual digital solutions for proposals and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate component tolerances and environmental impacts to ensure robust design margins for harsh operating environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience designing and developing digital hardware systems (preferred).
• Experience with high-speed or dense processing hardware architectures (preferred).
• Experience with hardware integration, verification, and debug (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
