What you'll do

Lead an electrical engineering team in creating hardware solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
Develop and improve workflows throughout the FPGA and HDL design cycle.
Perform independent reviews of high-speed digital and compute-based designs.
Oversee the full PCB development cycle for host boards involving FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
Create strategies with internal stakeholders to deliver hardware and IP core solutions across the company.
Create and communicate detailed product development schedules to ensure team members meet deadlines.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
Proficiency in an HDL language such as VHDL or Verilog.
Familiarity with common FPGA, CPU, MCU, GPU devices and standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Experience in design for signal integrity/power integrity and competence with test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Proficiency with Altium Designer or an equivalent electronic design automation tool.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Understanding of DO standards, MIL-STD standards, computer networking, and enhanced security measures (preferred).
