Lead Electrical Engineering, Digital Hardware

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware using established electrical engineering principles.
• Manage all phases of hardware development including requirements analysis, architecture definition, schematic capture, and verification.
• Translate customer and system-level requirements into detailed electrical specifications and power architectures.
• Design complex circuit topologies for processors, FPGAs, memory interfaces, and high-speed digital communication.
• Perform detailed analyses for timing, thermal performance, signal integrity, power integrity, and radiation effects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues at the component, board, module, and system levels using laboratory instruments.
• Conduct trade studies and develop conceptual digital solutions to support proposals and new business opportunities.
• Evaluate component tolerances and environmental impacts to ensure robust designs for high-reliability space applications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 9 years of experience in a relevant STEM field, or a Graduate Degree and at least 7 years of experience.
• Experience designing and developing digital hardware systems.
• Experience with high-speed or dense processing hardware architectures.
• Experience with hardware integration, verification, and debug.
• Experience working in a collaborative engineering development environment.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance (preferred).
• Experience with mission-critical applications for space, aerospace, defense, or medical fields (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
