What you'll do

Design and refine circuit layouts and component selections for ruggedized ordnance electronics.
Perform simulations and circuit tolerance analyses using tools like SPICE or MATLAB.
Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans and reports.
Lead team members and mentor junior engineers to achieve program objectives.
Conduct failure investigations and root cause analyses using structured methods.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting evolving customer requirements.
Generate engineering change orders and prepare materials for formal design reviews.
Ensure designs meet specific standards for EMI, ESD protection, and DFM.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Proven experience in analog and digital circuit design, power circuit design, and sensor integration (preferred).
Proficiency with components like differential amplifiers, op amps, filters, logic gates, and timers (preferred).
Experience in power supply and converter design (preferred).
Skill in using simulation tools such as SPICE or MATLAB/Simulink and design software like Altium or PADS (preferred).
Competency in circuit analysis, module design, and best practices including EMI, ESD protection, and DFM (preferred).
