Electrical Engineering Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead and support electrical design teams in the development of new products.
• Manage the cost and schedule for electrical programmatic tasks.
• Report Earned Value Metrics to program management.
• Conduct component, subsystem, and system level design trades and analyses.
• Design analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Create engineering development plans, documents, and task flows for program execution.
• Lead and participate in formal design reviews.
• Maintain a security clearance for classified information access.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or no degree and 8 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Expertise in electrical/electronic analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience developing hardware within the defense, aerospace, or medical product fields (preferred).
• Understanding of mechanical, optical, software/firmware, and digital requirements (preferred).
• Experience with Earned Value Management, SOPs, process control, and standardization (preferred).
• Experience with deriving specifications, requirement flow down, and making architecture decisions (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
