Lead Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the conceptualization and architecture of new electrical systems aligned with project requirements.
• Oversee the detailed design, development, integration, and testing of complex electrical systems.
• Perform test engineering tasks to establish design requirements and verify products meet operating standards for flight and disposal.
• Apply systems engineering principles to integrate electrical components with other subsystems.
• Manage project schedules and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
• Resolve complex technical issues throughout the design and development process using analytical methods.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications and analysis reports.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience in electrical, systems, and test engineering.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Secret Clearance (preferred).
• Proficiency in electrical design tools like Xpedition Designer and PADS or simulation software like PSPICE (preferred).
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles for integration and functionality (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
