As a Lead, Electrical Engineering on the product development staff, you will lead and support electrical teams in creating new technological initiatives and advancements. Required skills include experience with Worst Case Circuit analysis and proficiency in tools such as DOORs, SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab, Simulink, Allegro, and MentorGraphics. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

What you'll do

Lead and support electrical design teams in developing new products and technological initiatives.
Manage the cost and schedule of electrical programmatic tasks.

Design analog and digital electronic circuits for defense and aerospace applications.
Create engineering development plans, documentation, and task flows for program execution.

Make technically sound architecture decisions to guide the development process.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 7 years of experience, or no degree and 13 years of experience.
Expertise in electrical/electronic analog and digital circuit design.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Experience developing hardware within the defense, aerospace, or medical product fields (preferred).
Understanding of mechanical, optical, software/firmware, and digital requirements (preferred).
Experience with Earned Value Management, SOPs, process control, and standardization of work output (preferred).
Experience with deriving specifications, requirement flow down, and making technically sound architecture decisions (preferred).
