Lead Director - Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead transformation and modernization roadmaps for Retail Front Store value streams.
• Drive AI-enabled transformations and execution strategies for technology modernization.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-workstream technical dependencies to ensure project success.
• Create and manage end-to-end program plans with timely tracking and status reporting.
• Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure business outcomes for the merchandising portfolio.
• Establish AI adoption and best practices for technical execution and delivery.
• Build and cultivate relationships with business, product, technology partners, and vendors.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience as a Technology Program Delivery leader or in a software engineering role leading full-cycle large programs.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams in a matrix organization.
• 4+ years of experience partnering with architecture, product, and PMO teams to influence or improve products.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role coordinating across software cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies (preferred).
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies (preferred).
• Performance and people management experience (preferred).
