What you'll do

Conduct technical planning and analysis for software, network, and cloud systems from concept through delivery.
Author and conduct formal program gate reviews including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.
Oversee system integration activities to ensure cohesive operation across software modules and cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to manage software and cloud subsystem interfaces.
Manage verification and validation processes to ensure systems meet all functional and performance requirements.
Perform cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for scalable and maintainable cloud architectures.
Translate customer requirements into comprehensive system solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Execute functional decomposition, requirements allocation, and detailed trade studies to define hardware and software specifications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 9 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 6 years of related experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Practitioner, or other cloud platform certifications.
Experience supporting weather or aviation programs (preferred).
Experience with requirements management tools like Jama or tools integrating with MBSE workflows (preferred).
Experience using MBSE tools such as CAMEO or applications leveraging SYSML (preferred).
Familiarity with Openshift, KeyCloak, Terraform Enterprise, and Red Hat Quay platforms (preferred).
Security clearance.
