What you'll do

  • Oversee the execution and monitoring of automated production stability scripts to ensure consistent system performance.
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance application resiliency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage infrastructure change testing and validate automation assets before deployment to non-production and production environments.
  • Lead root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to identify improvements for test coverage.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable automation deliverables and technical testing plans.
  • Coordinate automated testing efforts to ensure application changes do not negatively impact system health.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and global partners to deliver automation solutions within defined SLAs.
  • Monitor and report on automation performance metrics, stability trends, and compliance with service level agreements.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Require at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure change testing and quality leadership.
  • Proven experience leading automation teams and managing production stability initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, infrastructure change management, and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, VBScript, and tools like Selenium, UFT, RestAssured, and Cucumber.
  • Experience designing automation frameworks, unattended test suites, and custom solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo) and various operating systems.
  • Work Authorization.
