What you'll do

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for GenAI bots, agents, and enterprise web applications.
Define automation scope, coverage, and select appropriate tools and frameworks for the testing lifecycle.
Lead the implementation of AI-assisted testing practices and GitHub Copilot enablement within quality engineering.
Coordinate with offshore QA teams on test execution, defect management, and automation development.
Track and report test progress, coverage, and results through daily/weekly dashboards to stakeholders.
Review and sign off on deliverables to ensure adherence to QA standards and compliance.
Utilize performance metrics for data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
5+ years of experience in test automation.
Expertise in GenAI agent development and testing AI models and bots.
Experience implementing GenAI in the testing lifecycle, specifically with GitHub Copilot.
Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, API testing, CI/CD, and Robot framework for UI applications.
Experience in test framework creation, maintenance, and Oracle/PLSQL database testing.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including claims processing.
Proven skills in test strategy, defect management, and stakeholder management.
