Financial Intelligence Data Analyst, Mid

What you'll do

• Research, develop, and test data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions for intelligence analysis.
• Interpret and visualize large, unstructured, and noisy datasets to identify meaningful patterns.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to conduct large-scale financial or trade analysis.
• Present data findings and recommendations to clients using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Simplify technical requirements and trends for diverse audiences to guide national security policy decisions.
• Build property graphs from multiple data sources to perform network analytics.
• Implement machine learning processes into production software applications to answer business questions.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Possess an Associate's degree with 6+ years of data analysis experience, a Bachelor's with 4+ years, or a Master's with 2+ years.
• Experience performing data analysis using scripting languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, Spark, or PySpark.
• Experience using open-source machine learning frameworks, big data tools, and the OpenSearch analytics engine to answer business questions.
• Experience with statistical analysis, probabilistic modeling, predictive modeling, and building property graphs for network analytics.
• Ability to analyze large, unstructured, and noisy datasets to identify patterns and provide actionable results.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerPoint, graphs, and tables.
• Experience conducting data analysis in a cleared intelligence community environment (preferred).
