What you'll do

Deliver accurate and complete data to clients according to agreed schedules and quality standards.
Perform root cause and quality control analyses to identify and assess issues in deliverables.
Develop and maintain ongoing data surveillance processes to monitor recurring deliveries.
Define data delivery formats, schedules, and methods for new client onboarding.
Build and maintain Databricks dashboards to support specific client delivery needs.
Build, test, and deploy code within Databricks and Snowflake environments.
Troubleshoot data delivery issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Develop new processes to accommodate data changes for quarterly product releases.

What we're looking for

Healthcare analytics experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in data manipulation tools including SQL and Python.
Proficiency in data warehousing using Databricks.
Knowledge of Snowflake (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data concepts.
Knowledge of process improvement, data delivery, and reporting automation.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and operate well with ambiguity.
