What you'll do

Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Epic Care Coordination application.
Build and modify complex applications to optimize configuration, function, and user access.
Perform analysis of IT in clinical work processes and validate impacts on workflows.
Lead all phases of testing and document workflow designs.
Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team.
Support junior staff in resolving service tickets and executing day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with trainers to develop documentation and training strategies for new features.
Travel to job sites for go-lives, conferences, and senior leadership meetings.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Epic Inpatient and/or Ambulatory Certifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
At least 3 years of Epic build experience.
Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with clinical workflows specific to Care Coordination (preferred).
Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
