Lab Asset Manager, Air Dominance and Strike

What you'll do

• Manage maintenance activities for electrical test equipment across company facilities.
• Maintain the equipment database in JIRA by tracking location, user info, and calibration dates.
• Perform daily electrical test equipment checkouts for internal requesters.
• Coordinate and track physical recalls of devices requiring calibration with users and vendors.
• Ensure all calibration activities are performed accurately and on schedule to meet audit requirements.
• Procure and source new equipment based on direction from engineers and leadership.
• Manage the RMA process and repairs with manufacturers when test equipment fails.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in calibration, metrology, or a related field.
• Experience managing calibration at a large organization and production environment.
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party calibration vendors.
• Experience with various measurement instruments including electronic, mechanical, and optical devices.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and other external auditing and compliance standards.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Experience in a metrology department or at least 3 years as a calibration specialist (preferred); experience in a laboratory environment (preferred).
