What you'll do

Execute full-cycle PCB design including requirements gathering, schematic design, component selection, layout, and system integration.
Perform bring-up and design work on microcontrollers to ensure seamless integration within the system.
Troubleshoot complex issues across electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and debugging tools.
Design and integrate power management systems and components for various subsystems.
Develop payloads and subsystems including sensors, interfaces, and networking components.
Create system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses with appropriate wire and connector selection.
Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews to ensure mission-critical product functionality.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex system designs.
Ability to perform power system and electrical loading analysis, simulation, and testing.
Proficiency with lab test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Experience in full cycle PCB design for mixed-signal applications including multi-layer counts and impedance matching.
Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces such as CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet, and USB.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, including bring-up and design work.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
