Junior Field Applications Engineer

What you'll do

• Set up and test systems before they are deployed in the field.
• Deliver technical training to end users on CRFS system and software operations.
• Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on equipment in both office and field environments.
• Deploy to customer locations to install, configure, and test RF equipment.
• Develop test plans and contribute to project summary reports.
• Prepare demonstration equipment and assist with technical presentations for sales teams.
• Manage the inventory of demonstration equipment to ensure it is calibrated and ready for use.

What we're looking for

• Must hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Relevant military technical school experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience level must be entry to early-career (0–3 years).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or TS clearance.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, subnets, and hardware configuration.
• Basic understanding of ESD protocols for working on static-sensitive equipment.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to learn specialized software and OS environments.
