What you'll do

- Guide customers through the design process including architecture reviews and training on product features.
- Advocate for new product features and expedite defect fixes by working with internal teams.
- Train customers in necessary tools and software for PCIe switch/retimer designs.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience designing complex PCIe-based products for cloud service providers and server OEMs.
- Hands-on knowledge of high-speed protocols like PCIe, including silicon bring-up and debug in customer systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to train customers on tools and software needed for PCIe switch/retimer designs.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical solutions effectively.
