Java Development Lead Identity Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Create technical and functional designs to address complex business processes and product requirements.
• Configure and develop features within both vendor and in-house software systems.
• Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with security policies.
• Lead feature review sessions and provide coaching to less experienced team members on technical delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage project roadblocks and track work items to ensure agreed timelines are met.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities by providing necessary documentation and evidence of controls.
• Develop and maintain Workforce Identity Roadmaps based on business and infrastructure requirements.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must reside in the CST or EST timezones.
• 5 or more years of developer experience is preferred.
• Experience designing or operating security controls in CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows is required.
• Proficiency in Java software development is preferred.
• Python programming skills are desirable.
• Experience formulating and executing Active Directory PowerShell scripts is required.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is required.
• Candidates must be able to pass a background investigation.
