As a (USA) Senior Software Engineer, Information Security, you will join the Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management team to design, develop, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions. You will drive identity modernization by building automated user provisioning and deprovisioning solutions, managing migrations from legacy technologies, and creating integrations between identity providers, HR systems, directories, and messaging platforms. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or identity and access management.
Strong development experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, and identity management concepts.
Experience working with enterprise directories, databases, and data synchronization processes.
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or others (preferred).
