What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Deliver end-to-end full-stack solutions including user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data access.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve the operational stability of software systems.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical feasibility.
Modernize marketing campaign creation using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tools and Java full-stack development.
Participate in project planning to estimate work, identify risks, and outline proposed technical solutions.
Coordinate with web design partners to implement consistent web standards and integrated delivery practices.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
8+ years of hands-on Java full stack development.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Cloud capabilities, including content and digital asset workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security compliance.
Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
