JOB TITLE: ITSM ServiceNow Platform & Linux Administrator /CMDB Engineer The Systems Engineer will join the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to manage a self-hosted ServiceNow Platform environment and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role involves leading, managing, and supporting platform administration while collaborating with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot technical issues. The successful candidate will drive outcomes to innovate and resolve challenges within the enterprise IT infrastructure. Required technical skills include Linux Administration, Microsoft Windows Server, ServiceNow Administration, and ServiceNow Platform experience. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript is also required. The position focuses on maintaining the integrity of the CMDB and ensuring the stability of the self-hosted platform to support critical mission operations for a DHS customer.

What you'll do

  • Utilize Java and JavaScript to support ServiceNow platform functions.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Must have 2+ years of related experience.
  • Must have Linux Administration experience.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Must have experience in ServiceNow Administration and the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Security clearance level: Public Trust.
