What you'll do

  • Architect, design, and develop technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform based on customer requirements.

  • Lead and manage the ITSM development team within an Agile framework.

  • Drive innovation and resolve technical challenges to achieve project outcomes.
  • Support and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship is required.
  • Must have 10+ years of related experience.
  • Must possess a technical degree, certification, or technical training.
  • Must be able to obtain a Confidential security clearance.
  • Proficient in developing code using JavaScript and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, and Jelly/XML.
  • Skilled in ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Discovery, ITSM, Now Assist, and the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Knowledge of Agile, CMDB, SAM, HAM, SPM, and APM is required.
  • Ability to architect, design, and develop solutions within ServiceNow in an Agile format.
