JOB TITLE: IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician joins the IT team to provide first-line technical support for end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity. This role involves installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on personal computers, laptops, peripherals, and office printers. Key responsibilities include configuring cellular phones to corporate specifications, managing printer supplies, and installing software patches and updates.
