Enterprise Architect

What you'll do

• Define and govern the enterprise-wide technology architecture to support business strategy, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the EA charter and services while tracking outcome-driven metrics aligned with CIO priorities.
• Conduct current-state analyses to identify gaps, recommend investments, and rationalize the technology portfolio to reduce technical debt.
• Define architecture principles and target-state roadmaps across Cloud, AI, Data, and Security domains.
• Lead architecture governance and design reviews for major initiatives to ensure security and privacy compliance.
• Advise business and IT leaders on technology demand, build-vs-buy decisions, and architectural trade-offs.
• Partner with Solution and Platform Architects to ensure technology reuse and faster speed to market.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise architect role.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term implications of individual decisions and organizational goals.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of existing, new, and emerging technologies, such as generative AI and its applications.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time globally.
• Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and modeling (TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, capability and process modeling) (preferred).
• Experience designing systems with security, privacy, and compliance in mind, including identity and access management and encryption (preferred).
