Vice President Investment Accounting SQA Automation and Reconciliation Team Manager

What you'll do

• Own the Investment Accounting automation strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across all supported applications.
• Manage the team's daily and long-term planning for all aspects of the support model.
• Automate manual test plans from IA Agile rooms and other AI and automation tasks.
• Execute daily and weekly automated reconciliations of current code in Development and UAT environments.
• Analyze and distribute reconciliation results to the relevant IA Development and testing teams.
• Maintain an elevated level of reconciliation support across all Investment Accounting applications.
• Complete full reconciliation test runs multiple times per week within a one-workday timeframe.
• Increase model capabilities, manage functional buildouts, and maintain vulnerability compliance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred), and SQL for data validation.
• Experience using Microsoft GitHub Copilot to support automation development and productivity (preferred).
• Practical experience applying AI tools to improve automation efficiency and code quality (preferred).
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-location projects and diverse team structures.
• Experience with Investment Manager’s middle office applications and their operating models.
• Experience using and supporting complex automation models for daily reconciliation, API, and functional testing of C++ and Java applications.
