The Infra/Platform Asset Management Analyst - Asst. Vice President joins the Application Development team within the Infrastructure Asset Risk & Governance management function. The analyst will manage the full IT asset lifecycle—including software, middleware, operating systems, and databases—while overseeing vulnerability and threat management programs. Key responsibilities include tracking remediation progress, ensuring compliance with firm-wide mandates like EOVS and VTM, and delivering executive-level risk reports. Required expertise includes knowledge of NIST RMF, ISO 27005, and CIS Benchmarks. Technical proficiency involves Red Hat Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, OpenShift, and tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and ServiceNow modules within a highly regulated financial services environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage a framework to ensure infrastructure and platform assets are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee firm-wide technology mandates including EOVS, VTM, and GEMs while managing application lifecycles.
  • Implement processes for identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across the infrastructure asset base.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive processes for tracking and reporting on IT assets like software, middleware, and databases.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure obsolescence, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliance.
  • Generate executive-level reports regarding risk exposure, remediation progress, and technology compliance status.
  • Partner with application stakeholders to communicate requirements and ensure timely completion of scheduled remediations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Over 5 years of experience in IT Risk management and enterprise architecture within a large-scale global enterprise.
  • Proven track record of managing programs across enterprise-wide compliance, risk, or remediation programs.
  • Experience managing regulatory and audit engagements alongside Risk & Compliance teams.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining comprehensive processes for managing IAM governance.
  • Knowledge of risk and security frameworks such as NIST RMF, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, and CIS Benchmarks.
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools like Qualys or Tenable; and infrastructure including Red Hat Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, Middleware, and OpenShift.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (preferred); CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CITAM/CSAM certifications (preferred).
