What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering, information systems, analytics, economics, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and manufacturing.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems using a structured approach.
  • Understanding of how data and technology, such as AI and cloud platforms, support business operations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, data visualization, ERP systems, or other business technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in supply chain activities through coursework, projects, internships, or case competitions (preferred).
