Intern Business Transformation Consultant - Supply Chain 2027 is a role within the consulting team where you will work on client projects across diverse industries to solve complex business problems. You will perform primary research to navigate market trends, design models for operational excellence, and conduct stakeholder engagement through workshops and interviews to document requirements. Your daily work involves shadowing product teams, performing data analytics assessments, and participating in cloud migrations and system implementations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations. Preferred technical qualifications include knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, SQL, and Python, alongside a basic understanding of Hybrid Cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as exposure to artificial intelligence technologies.
Conduct primary research to help clients navigate market trends and refine competitive strategies.
Design models to improve operational processes and enhance the client experience.
Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to capture and document essential requirements.
Shadow product teams to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-wide data integrations.
Perform data analytics assessments for cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms.

What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success in preferred majors like Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening.

Willingness to travel as needed.
