What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, human resources, or organizational effectiveness concepts.
Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems using a structured approach.
Exposure to business, HR, technology, analytics, or process improvement projects through coursework, student organizations, case competitions, or internships.
Understanding of how technology, data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence can improve employee experiences and business outcomes.
Experience with Workday, HCM technology, HRIS, or other enterprise SaaS platforms (preferred).
