What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to analyze technical concepts regarding manufacturing processes, material flows, recycling systems, and supply chains.
Interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices.
Experience or interest in using AI, automation, and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive mindset.
