What you'll do

  • Research emerging sustainability disclosure requirements and Extended Producer Responsibility legislation.

  • Develop recommendations for regulatory readiness and sustainable material flows.
  • Use AI-powered tools and IBM technologies to analyze complex sustainability data.
  • Execute cross-functional projects that align environmental goals with business value creation.
  • Participate in stakeholder discussions regarding strategic partnerships and sustainability innovation.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts regarding manufacturing processes, material flows, recycling systems, and supply chains.
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices.
  • Experience or interest in using AI, automation, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive mindset.
