What we're looking for

  • Completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, software platforms, or technology-enabled business operations.
  • Understanding of how business applications support operational processes, service management, and organizational performance.
  • Familiarity with application support, system configuration, business process improvement, or IT operations through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
  • Demonstrated application of business, technical, or analytical skills through practical experiences like case competitions, research, or student organizations.
  • Exposure to Workday, HCM technology, or other enterprise SaaS/ISV platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, business analytics, ITIL frameworks, or process improvement concepts (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
