Associate Package Specialist
As an Associate Package Specialist within the Workday Enterprise Application Operations practice at IBM Consulting, you will support and continuously improve enterprise applications that enable critical business processes. Working within a FutureNow Center, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide application support, configuration, managed services, and operational excellence for clients across diverse industries like healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. You will focus on how technology improves core operations such as human resources, workforce management, talent management, and finance. The role requires a foundational understanding of enterprise software platforms, cloud technologies, and IT operations. Key skills include knowledge of system configuration, business process improvement, and an awareness of artificial intelligence and automation. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities and familiarity with concepts like managed services or ITIL frameworks to help solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled solutions.
Support and maintain enterprise software platforms such as Workday for diverse clients.
Configure and manage enterprise applications to ensure critical business processes run smoothly.

What we're looking for
Completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, software platforms, or technology-enabled business operations.
Understanding of how business applications support operational processes, service management, and organizational performance.
Familiarity with application support, system configuration, business process improvement, or IT operations through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning.
Demonstrated application of business, technical, or analytical skills through practical experiences like case competitions, research, or student organizations.
Exposure to Workday, HCM technology, or other enterprise SaaS/ISV platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, business analytics, ITIL frameworks, or process improvement concepts (preferred).
