Integration and Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans for development, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Author detailed operational test reports to document internal and customer-facing evaluation efforts.
• Integrate subsystems including sensors, navigation, propulsion, communication, autonomy software, and power systems into AUVs.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
• Manage day-to-day test operations including pre-mission testing, launch/recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis.
• Collect and refine operational metrics to ensure system performance meets required specifications.
• Execute local sea testing and multi-day offshore operations for product demonstration.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing.
• Experience contributing to TRRs, Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports is required.
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and software development concepts is required.
• Must possess hands-on experience with electronics troubleshooting and the use of basic test equipment.
• Proficiency in Linux, command line interfaces, and software debugging tools is required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to broad audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
