What you'll do

  • Manage technical infrastructure integration activities throughout the entire project lifecycle for complex data center projects.
  • Coordinate construction, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedules, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, constraints, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of network, security, and operational technology systems.
  • Manage project budgets, financial tracking, contract administration, and the performance of external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, reporting mechanisms, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate site readiness reviews and ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and optimizing cost effectiveness and delivery performance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working specifically on data center projects.
  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, construction, technology, or enterprise projects with distributed teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) or equivalent telecommunications certification is preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications infrastructure design, installation, commissioning, and technical infrastructure integration.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, contract administration, and project controls.
