What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end data center delivery programs from site selection through construction, commissioning, and customer handover.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems in accordance with design specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for colocation providers, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues and manage contracts.
  • Conduct site walks and quality control audits to ensure construction activities meet technical standards and safety requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of compute and GPU capacity.
  • Coordinate with design teams to align construction activities with approved plans and resolve technical discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of internal workflows and operational protocols.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must possess technical fluency in critical electrical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and networking.
  • Must have experience managing end-to-end data center capacity-delivery programs from site selection to production go-live.
  • Must be able to manage construction project lifecycles including design review, commissioning, and white-space fit-out.
  • Must be able to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Must have experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and coordinating with colocation providers and contractors.
  • Must be able to identify risk profiles and implement mitigation strategies for large-scale construction projects.
