Integrated Product Team Lead

What you'll do

• Lead a multi-disciplinary Integrated Product Team (IPT) to manage subsystem and component development, verification, and production tasks.
• Manage technical progress, risk, schedule, and cost for assigned engineering projects.
• Verify that product designs meet all operating requirements for fabrication, testing, flight, and lifecycle disposal.
• Report program status, including health, design results, and risk management, to Engineering Management and Program Managers.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and customer design reviews.
• Provide technical consultation and support for business development activities, such as writing white papers and preparing customer briefings.
• Provide technical expertise for proposals submitted to government customers or prime contractors.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance (preferred).
• Experience managing engineering projects, including program logic development, systems engineering processes, and schedule maintenance (preferred).
• Knowledge of risk assessment and risk management techniques (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
